Hidden Treasures

16HH 6 year old Reg. Thoroughbred mare by Katowice and out of Shimmer of Silk.  Shimmer has been started back under saddle and will be started lightly over fences this summer.  Shimmer is always the first one in your pocket and follows you around anytime you're in the pasture.  She's got a very sweet tempermant and loves to go.  Our plans are to breed Shimmer with our Friesian stallion Willem Alexander.

13.3HH 4 year old QuarterXArab mare.  Shasta came to us as an unbroke 2 year old and we found out very quickly that this little mare not only has a great personality but she's a super quick learner.  We were able to go down the road first day under saddle and have continued her training and now she is going over small fences.  She aims to please and loves to work and boy is she fast!  We don't expect Shasta to ever leave our farm she has permanantly fixed herself into our hearts.  By my daughters request we have bred Shasta this year to a chestnut Curly stallion and are now already impatiently waiting for our first Curly pony for spring 2009!
